Important information applicable to participants in the scheme.
- Purchases under this scheme must be made exclusively in the form of gold, silver or diamond jewellery.
- An Aadhaar card or another identity document is required when joining the scheme.
- Instalments may be paid in cash, by card or online. Additional charges apply to credit-card payments.
- Monthly instalments must be paid on time. A delayed instalment postpones the maturity date to the following month.
- The scheme card must be brought when paying monthly instalments.
- A replacement scheme card costs ₹50 if the original is lost.
- The jewellery purchase must be worth at least the total deposits plus the scheme benefit.
- No additional benefit is provided for extra days after the scheme maturity period.
- The original brochure contains an additional clause about benefits and extra days whose precise meaning is unclear.
- The brochure states a 20% jewellery discount before maturity. Confirm its exact applicability with the jeweller.
- Early closure of the scheme results in a return in the form of jewellery only.
- Mittal Jewellers reserves the right to modify or cancel the scheme.

- योजना सुरू करताना आधार कार्ड किंवा इतर ओळखपत्र देणे आवश्यक आहे.
- हप्ते रोख, कार्ड किंवा ऑनलाइन पद्धतीने भरता येतील. क्रेडिट कार्डद्वारे रक्कम भरल्यास अतिरिक्त शुल्क लागू होईल.
- मासिक हप्ता दर महिन्याला भरणे अनिवार्य आहे. हप्ता उशिरा भरल्यास मुदतीची तारीख पुढील महिन्यात ढकलली जाईल.
- मासिक हप्ता भरताना योजनेचे कार्ड सोबत आणणे आवश्यक आहे.
- योजनेचे कार्ड हरवल्यास ₹५० भरून दुसरे कार्ड घ्यावे लागेल.
- एकूण जमा रक्कम आणि योजनेचा लाभ मिळून होणाऱ्या रकमेइतकी किंवा त्यापेक्षा जास्त किमतीचे दागिने खरेदी करणे आवश्यक आहे.
- योजनेची मुदत संपल्यानंतरच्या अतिरिक्त दिवसांसाठी कोणताही अतिरिक्त लाभ दिला जाणार नाही.
- मूळ माहितीपत्रकातील एका अतिरिक्त अटीचा अर्थ स्पष्ट होत नाही. त्याबाबत मित्तल ज्वेलर्सकडून खात्री करून घ्यावी.
- माहितीपत्रकानुसार, मुदतीपूर्वी दागिन्यांच्या खरेदीवर २०% सूट नमूद आहे. तिच्या लागू होण्याच्या अटी दुकानातून निश्चित करून घ्याव्यात.
- योजना मुदतीपूर्वी बंद केल्यास परतावा केवळ दागिन्यांच्या स्वरूपात मिळेल.
- योजनेत बदल करणे किंवा योजना रद्द करणे याचे सर्व अधिकार मित्तल ज्वेलर्सकडे राहतील.
